Beautiful Babies!!

Can my babies get any cuter?? These kids make me so proud to be their Mommy!!



I got this bag today from our friends Carson and Becky and their little girl Katherine. How fun is this?? I already have the perfect use- Brooklyn's gymnastic bag!! (if you can't see- it has her name monogrammed on it!!) I looovveee it!! Thanks so much!! We're trying to find a place and enroll Jade in gymnastics too!

What have we been up to?

We are trying so hard to get Jade to potty!! He is half way there? He is kinda freaked out with poo in the toliet. But he's becoming a champ at "tee-tee"!! We bought him his Big Boy underwear!! He was sooooo excited!!!

Little Girl is getting soooo big! Really 4 months old already??? Brooklyn weighs 15lbs 12ozs at her Dr.'s appontments and received her second round of shots. Brooklyn hates shots much worse than brother did. We got the offical "ok" if we wanted to start cereal for Brooklyn. This has been like night 3 but so far so good. She doesn't seem to mind it.

Brother thinks its pretty cool that Brooklyn eats cereal. Everytime I feed her he wants some- then I remind him that there is formula in it and he passes for big boy cereal!!

Play-dates!!

On my Wednesday's off I like to venture out of the house and do the things that stay-at-home Mommy's get to do- Playdates!!! We normally make a stop at McDonalds or Chick-f-la for lunch and then the fun begins!

Catch Up Post

I have been horrible updating lately. And really dislike how behind I am- but in the same regards it shows just how busy our life is... but that's for a whole other post....
So back to where I was catching up:

Febuary 13th we took our first family of 4 road trip. Friday we ventured to Austin to visit with Cousin James who was just in town from Colarado on business- we couldn't pass it up. Jade had a great time with James. James let Jade do all the kids stuff- jumping on the hotel bed and throwing acorns in the street while waiting to be seating at a restraunt. Jade thought James was super cool! And although I did bring my camera- this was the only pic to remember our Austin trip:

The next morning we left for Houston to stay with my Mom and Dad and visit with my Aunt, Uncle, and Cousins from Calafornia. We hadn't seen them since our wedding in 2005. Wayyy too long. Jade loved Mamaw's and Papa's house. He loved to go up and down the stairs and really enjoyed Papaw's trips outside. Little Missy was just being her cute self. It also happend to be Valentines Day. And you have to check out this ohh so perfect dress I had made for her:

So we headed back to our home Sunday. The kids did soooo good. The movie Madagascar saved us some sanity this trip- oh so thankful.
