Brrrrr.... Jason and I went to the Gaylord Hotel in Grapevine for our date night Friday night!
Dinner and ice sculptures... then coffee and cake! We had fun! Ice carvers from China come in and make this masterpiece. They keep it well below freezing in there (of course to keep the ice from melting). We were given these huge jackets to wear with hoodies- but no gloves... hello!! 
Anyway it was truly the coolest thing we'd seen in a while. We took tons of pictures-here's a few.
